Software development & AI automation

Software and AI for the work your team still does by hand.

EITS builds custom software, connects the systems you already use and automates routine processes with AI. We start with one process, show it working on your real data, and only then build further.

Services

Four services that fit together.

A focused set of services that often work together: an automation usually needs an integration, and an integration sometimes needs a small app around it.

AI process automation

Take repetitive, rule-heavy work off your team: documents, emails and requests are read, checked and passed to the right system or person.

Solves

  • Manual entry from emails, PDFs and forms
  • Slow handling of incoming requests
  • Errors from copy-and-paste

Typical work

  • Invoice, order and contract data extraction
  • Email and ticket sorting and routing
  • Approval steps with a person in the loop

AI assistants on your data

Assistants that answer from your own documents and systems, show where each answer comes from, and hand over to a person when they are not sure.

Solves

  • Knowledge spread across drives, chats and wikis
  • Support repeating the same answers
  • New staff asking the same questions

Typical work

  • Internal knowledge assistant with source links
  • Customer support assistant with handover
  • Access rights that follow your existing roles

Custom software

Web applications and internal tools built around how your company actually works, not around the limits of a generic product.

Solves

  • Processes that outgrew spreadsheets
  • Workarounds around off-the-shelf tools
  • Clients or partners without a self-service portal

Typical work

  • Back-office tools and admin panels
  • Client and partner portals
  • First versions of new digital products

Integrations & data

Connect the systems you already pay for, so data is entered once and the same numbers appear everywhere.

Solves

  • The same data typed into several systems
  • Figures that don't match between tools
  • Reports assembled by hand

Typical work

  • API links between CRM, ERP, accounting, payments and messaging
  • Scheduled sync with error alerts
  • Dashboards built on combined data

How we work

Small first step. Decisions based on results.

Each stage has a written scope and price before it starts. You can stop after any stage and keep everything built so far.

1Intro call

Understand the process

We talk through the process, the systems involved and what a good result looks like for you.

2Proposal

Agree the scope

A written proposal: what we build, what we don't, timeline, cost and how we will measure the result.

3Pilot

Prove it on real data

One process or one feature, working on your data in a limited scope. You decide whether to continue.

4Build & launch

Put it into daily use

Full implementation, testing, documentation and onboarding for the people who will use it.

5Support

Keep it working

Monitoring, fixes and changes as your process evolves, or a clean handover to your own team.

What you can expect

Ground rules for every project.

You own what we build

Code repositories, infrastructure and service accounts are set up in your company's name.

Your data stays under your control

We agree with you which hosting and AI providers may process your data. Self-hosted models are an option where required.

A person stays in the loop

Automations send unclear or high-risk cases to a person instead of guessing.

Scope and price in writing

Every stage starts with a written scope. Changes are discussed and agreed before they are made.

Documentation in plain language

Each delivery comes with documentation your team can read without us in the room.

Not sure which process to start with? That is what the intro call is for.

Examples

What this looks like in practice.

Typical scenarios for the kind of work we do. Each one is shaped to your systems during the proposal stage.

Finance · automation + integration

Supplier invoices

  1. PDF invoices arrive by email
  2. AI reads supplier, amounts, dates
  3. Matched against purchase orders
  4. Mismatches go to a person
  5. Entries prepared in accounting

Your team reviews exceptions instead of typing every invoice.

Sales · automation + integration

Incoming leads

  1. Requests from site forms and email
  2. Duplicates merged, company details added
  3. Request summarised in two lines
  4. Assigned to the right person in CRM

Every request reaches the right person with context, the same day.

Support · AI assistant

Customer questions

  1. Customer asks in chat or email
  2. Assistant answers from your help centre
  3. Answer shows its source
  4. Complex cases handed to an agent

Agents spend their time on the cases that need a person.

FAQ

Questions we hear first.

Do we need to get our data in order first?

No. Checking what data exists and how reliable it is is part of the first stage. If a process is not ready for automation, we will tell you and suggest what to fix first.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on scope. After the intro call we send a written estimate for each stage. The pilot is kept deliberately small, so you can judge the result before committing to more.

Can you work with the systems we already have?

Usually yes, if the system has an API, an export or another reliable way to read and write data. We confirm this during the first stage, before any build work.

Is our data safe when AI is involved?

We agree in advance which providers may process your data and use plans whose terms exclude training on it. Sensitive fields can be masked, and where needed models can run on your own infrastructure.

Which technologies do you use?

We choose per project and prefer widely used, well-supported tools, so your team or another contractor can maintain the result later.

What happens after launch?

Either we continue with a support agreement, or we hand the system over to your team with documentation and access to everything.
